Concordia University reviews lender’s policies and loan products on an annual basis in an effort to recommend lenders who provide good customer service and lender benefits to borrowers. Generally, these benefits change annually yet due to the current market conditions a lender may choose to change their benefits at any given time.

The Financial Aid Office strives to provide excellent customer service. One means of providing this service is through electronic processing; therefore, the university chooses lenders that work with our processing system. Electronic processing allows the borrower to apply online, allows the Financial Aid Office to certify loans online and provides fast electronic payment of loan funds directly to your Concordia University student billing account.

To assist borrowers in the decision of which lender to choose, Concordia University has provided a list of lenders for your consideration. Based on our past experience with these lenders the Financial Aid Office feels confident in the customer service offered to borrowers as well as the benefits offered based on current market conditions. As a borrower you may change your lender at any time; however, we highly recommend you remain with the same lender through out your education to ensure a smooth transition into repayment.

Borrowers may choose to work with any private loan even if they are not on the list. If you wish to apply with a lender not listed please contact the Financial Aid Office for further instructions.
